Sports Massage - £45

Claire uses a variety of hands-on techniques, including MET, STR, and movement therapy. Claire applies a personalised approach to address your specific concerns and works with you to develop a recovery or maintenance programme.

Whether you are preparing for an event, have an injury, or aches and pains from working, a sports massage is a good place to start. Claire will take a thorough history in the initial assessment, to ensure that massage is appropriate. She will then give a massage and develop a treatment plan.

All appointments last for 45 minutes.

Event preparation

If you are preparing for a race, then book in for a massage to get you in top condition. Ideally, book a massage at least 5 days before, and a second massage 2 days before.

Injury Rehabilitation

Claire has lots of experience helping clients recover from injury. working in conjuction with a physio, clients can expect a comprehensive and effective treatment plan.

Event Recovery

After your race, book in for a post-event massage, ideally 3-5 days afterwards. Having a massage after the event helps with muscle repair and reduces the effects of muscle soreness.
